Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what information Stampd collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account data — for organizers: name, email, organization, and authentication details.
  • Campaign content — template designs, text, and settings you upload to build campaigns.
  • Usage analytics — aggregate, non-identifying counts (stamps generated, shares, visits).

We deliberately do not collect or store the photos and videos attendees upload. See our Storage Policy for details.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Stampd service and your dashboard.
  • To render campaign experiences and produce organizer analytics.
  • To communicate important account, security, and product updates.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run Stampd (such as hosting and authentication), under agreements that protect it, or where required by law.

Data retention

Organizer account and campaign data is retained while your account is active. Attendee original media is never retained; a generated stamp may be hosted on a temporary link that is automatically deleted within one hour (see Storage Policy). You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
