Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

By using Stampd you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using Stampd

Stampd lets organizers create branded photo and video templates that attendees can personalize. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an organizer account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the designs and assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate your campaigns. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including any logos, fonts, and imagery.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stampd for unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

Paid features

Some features (such as branded video rendering) are offered on paid plans. Fees, limits, and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice.

Availability & warranties

Stampd is provided "as is." We work hard on reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
